Built in 1902 as a public school, this building was later used as a post office. It has been home to two bakeries, gift shops, and a market. Pleasant Rowland completely renovated it with state-of-the-art materials. The Aurora Arts & Design Center is on the first floor. Downstairs is Vintage Lighting and Meeshe Salon and Spa; upstairs are professional offices.
